- Deluxe rooms (500 sq. ft.)
- Double rooms (450 sq. ft.)
- Single rooms (250 sq. ft.)
- Costs:
- Initial deposit: Rs. 1320 per sq. ft. (plus 10% for first floor)
- Monthly living expenses: Rs. 6000 per person (covers water, electricity, meals, housekeeping, and security).
